After two decades of growth and acquisitions, one of the largest exchange groups in the world - Intercontinental Exchange (ICE), needed an organizational shift in how it thinks, operates, and markets itself. While working under direction of Anne Swan at Prophecy, we gave ICE and the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) a new story and identity to connect all of their businesses and define the brand as one.
